Stakeholder:
The senior management team is
responsible for developing the
growth strategy including
objectives, criteria, and
direction. We find many senior
teams are not necessarily on the
same page about these factors and
don’t share the same assumptions
underlying the strategy.
Service:
Following one-on-one interviews with
individual members we conduct a
workshop with the entire senior team
with exercises to Imagine
-> De-risk -> Adapt. At the conclusion of the
workshop the team has explored
alternate growth strategies
including some BIG ideas and has an
action plan to de-risk the
assumptions underlying each
strategy. Equally important, the
team is aligned on a common
direction.
